Reading boss Steve Coppell has admitted he may look to make several changes given the amount of players he has at his disposal for the home game with Aston Villa on Sunday.
Coppell has 27 player available for the game, with only Glen Little and Brynjar Gunnarsson still sidelined.
With Ivar Ingimarsson back from suspension, Emerse Fae and Andre Bikey back from African Nations duty and a host of players recovering from short term injuries Coppell is pleased with the amount of competition for places.
Reading currently find themselves at the wrong end of the table, currently occupying the third relegation spot after a run of seven straight defeats and Coppell believes now could be the time to ring the changes.
He said, 'After the Cup of Nations we have a healthy squad, I think 27 people are training at the moment.
'But the fact that I have everyone fit doesn't help me pick the team. The team doesn't jump out at you.
'It's a hard team to pick, there will be a few disappointed but I hope that translates to determination to get in the side.
'After the number of defeats we've had, I could fully justifiably pick any team'.
Coppell isn't renowned for his tinkering and despite Leroy Lita scoring four goals for the reserves last week, I fully expect the manager to name the same side that lost to Everton in their last outing. But then again, I hope I'm wrong.
