'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Madejski Confident For Reading

Reading's Chairman John Madejski has backed the team for promotion saying in the clubs official magazine: 'There can be no doubt about it, this team means business. They have an incredible desire to win and they can be almost unstoppable.'

He adds:

'The positiveness and will to win that exists this season are stronger than I've seen before. It's early days and to get too carried away would be silly, but the early signs have been very encouraging.' Although he realised that the season is long and 'anything can happen'

'We've come close in the last few seasons and people around the country are beginning to sit up and take notice. There are some big teams in this division and we haven't been fazed by any of them. Long may it last.'

The full interview can be seen in the 'Royals Magazine' on sale from programme sellers, online, from the Megastore and in local newsagents priced at 3.50 There, I think that is a good enough advert, do I now get one for free?!
