Whilst the fans got to put their feet up and look back over the opening month of the season, many Royals stars were on international duty and here we give you a full round up of our globe trotters!
Brynjar Gunnarsson is probably our most recognised international at the moment, and he again captain Iceland in their World Cup qualifying draw against Norway. Iceland are in Scotland's group, and the 1-1 scoreline has gone along way to helping ensure the Scot's secure second place in this group. Iceland unfortunatly sit bottom of the group and have no chance of playing at next summers finals.
Shane Long travelled to Cyprus with the Republic of Ireland but was not included in their matchday squad for the 2-1 victory. Kevin Doyle scored the first Irish goal in the game, and the Republic now host South Africa in a friendly on Tuesday and new loan signing Darren O'Dea has joined Long in the squad.
Simon Church played for Wales under 21's on Friday and was included in the full squad for the qualifier against Russia but has left the squad following the death of his father.
Other under 21's who didn't feature at the weekend are Alex McCarthy, England, and Scott Davies, Ireland. Both will hope to be involved in qualifiers this coming week.
