Watford travel in numbers

Watford have announced that they have 'all but sold' their ticket allocation for Saturdays visit to the Madejski Stadium - the first time they will have travelled to Berkshire in decent numbers in recent years, including the year we were both in the Premiership together.

Of course the reason behind this is not because their teams decent start has brought the fans flooding back, its because Brendan Rodgers is public enemy number 1 at Vicaridge Road!

The Royals gaffer is sure to come in for some stick from the visiting faithful for walking out on them in the summer but looking at the league table, Malky Mackay is not a bad replacement.

Did I miss something? Watford are sat in 8th place and only lost once this season, an impressive record considering all their best players have gone, including McAnuff to us.

Tickets are still on sale (obviously!) for Saturdays game, so get yourself down the Mad Stad and show some support for the boys. We need it more than ever at the minute and we will have to give the glory hornet boys a decent challenge on their cup final day!

This will be my third trip to Reading as Hornet and we brought good numbers when we went up with you and that P.L match, considering we were already relegated!

Couldn't sell all your tickets in the PL season, despite us only giving you half the stand you will get on Saturday! Saying that I have tried to block most Reading v Watford games in recent seasons out of my mind as they have been so awful!
