Parky pulls a Mooney!

Charlton manager, and more importantly Reading Legend, Phil Parkinson has signed David Mooney on loan until December as he builds up a side capable of taking the Addicks back to the Championship.

Mooney has been out of the first team picture at the Madejski Stadium and despite 2 goals in the Carling Cup against Burton, he has only been involved in one match day first team squad and that was away at Swansea in August.

He enjoyed a loan spell at Norwich last season and scored 3 goals in 8 starts for the Canaries in their failed bid to avoid relegation.

Mooney goes straight into the Charlton squad for their home game against Huddersfield on Saturday.
