32 is the magic number

It is, and always has been, the most exciting time of the season for me - the draw for the third round of the FA cup. Unfortunatly as soon as our ball is drawn, any excitement is quickly distinguised when we draw a Preston or a Cardiff away!


This year, once again, I am hoping for a plum away trip to one of our local rivals that we haven't met in a few years. Swindon perhaps, if they come through their tie wih Wrexham, Oxford if they can defeat Barrow or maybe even Staines Town if they can cause an upset over Millwall. But the tie that I want this, and every, year is Aldershot away. For this to happen though the Shots must overcome Tranmere on Saturday - here's hoping!
