Liverpool will be without Johnson

The Royals welcome Liverpool to the Mad Stad on Saturday evening for an FA Cup third round tie, and the visitors have been dealt an injury blow.

England right back Glen Johnson suffered a medial knee ligament injury in Tuesday's 1-0 win over Aston Villa.

It is not yet known how long Johnson will be out for but he will definitly not be involved this weekend leaving the Reds with problems at right back (Bet their not as desperate for one as we are!)

When Johnson was missing earlier in the season, manager Rafa Benitez opted to switch Jamie Carragher to right back as he has limited options available in that position.
