'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Royals want Burnley revenge

Whilst a number of the side that was beaten over two legs by Burnley, in last seasons play off semi final, have departed the Madejski Stadium those that remain are keen for revenge.

A 1-0 reverse at Turf Moor followed by a 2-0 defeat in the home leg ensured the Clarets went to Wembley and then subsequently into the Premiership, whilst the Royals were left to contemplate another season in the 2nd tier of English football.

Jay Tabb played in the centre of midfield in both legs and he told Readingfc.co.uk, 'We owe them one and hopefully we can do that in the FA Cup this weekend.'

Jem Karacan wasn't in the side but he too is keen to get one over on Brian Laws side and he told getreading.co.uk, 'I know a few of the lads want to get one over Burnley, and I definitley do. It`ll be a bit of pay-back after last year and all the lads are looking forward to it.

Gylfi Sigurdsson is another one keen to win and stressed the importance of the FA Cup, 'The Cup is important to us, but the league is more important at the moment and we need to start getting results there. But it will be good for the fans to get a win tomorrow and get a good team in the next round.'
