'If It's Football, It's Vital'

C'mon Michael Sprott!

Sprott, who often dons Blue and White hooped shorts, is fighting former olympic champion Audley Harrison for the vacant European heavyweight title on Friday night.

Sprott, who beat Harrison in 2007, faces Harrison at Alexandra Palace and the fight is also live on Sky Sports 1 at 10pm.

Lets hope Sprott can win on Friday night, and the Royals record another victory at Cardiff on Saturday - that would make it the perfect weekend!
