Reserves go down 1-0

Less then 24 hours after the first team were beaten by Newcastle, the reserves travelled to Bristol City to face their second string counterparts. They lost the game 1-0 however a number of players will be pleased to get some much needed game time under their belts.

Kalifa Cisse continued his comeback from injury and will come into contention for a start on Saturday due the defensive problems we are facing. Jem Karacan, Hal Robson Kanu and James Henry also featured whilst Scott Davies, back from a loan spell at Yeovil, also got 90 minutes.

Nicholas Bignall and Gunnar Thorvaldsson lead the line with Ben Hamer in goal and the forgotten man, Shaun Cummings, captained the team.

Lot of average players in that line up, hopefully a lot of them will be on their way in the summer. Shaun Cummings seems to be rated highly by the management team, not the first time he has captained the ressies
