'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Rodgers talks his way into another job!

After 7 months out of work, former Royals manager Brendan Rodgers has got himself another job at Championship rivals Swansea. They appear to be a match made in heaven as the Swans have a reputation as a club who play nice football but don't actually achieve a lot.

Rodgers talks a good game, and he seems to have impressed Chairman Huw Jenkins with his talk of 'World Class Models' and stories of his 'great' friend Jose Mourinho. I wonder if he took his bumper book of tactics to the interview to show off?!

The Northern Irishman has signed a 12 month rolling contract at the Liberty Stadium and will no doubt be looking forward to October 16th and his return to the Madejski Stadium.
