Davies back to Wycombe

Scott Davies has rejoined Wycombe on loan until December, after failing to force his way into the Royals first team.

The midfielder joins up again with Gary Waddock, who managed him in previous loan spells at Aldershot and last season in a similar loan spell with the Chairboys.

He will stay at Adams Park until December and will go straight into the side for Saturdays visit of Macclesfield to Adams Park.

With Sigurdsson gone, I thought Scotty would get his chance but he clearly does not have much of a future here. Wycombe fans rate him very highly and consider him Championship quality and are delighted to have him back...
