Young midfielder joins Shots on loan
Young Reading midfielder Jake Taylor has joined Dean Holdsworth's Aldershot Town on a one-month loan deal.
The Welsh U21 international has played a part in the Royals pre-season, featuring in every game and was in the squad that went on the pre-season trip to Slovenia.
The 19-year old made his first team debut for the Royals last season, coming on a substitute in the final game of the season against Derby County.
The Shots finished 14th in League 2 last season under former Royals assistant coach Kevin Dillon, who left Aldershot in January.
