Loan Report: Obita scores first goal

A loan update on all the Royals out on loan and how they are getting on......

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Young winger Jordan Obita has been performing well for League Two side Gillingham and even scored his first professional goal for the Gills against former side Barnet in their 3-1 win.

Striker Brett Williams has been getting crucial game time at League Two outfit Northampton Town under Aidy Boothroyd. The Cobblers have seen a recent revivial in the past few games that has seen them escape the relegation zone into 19th place.

Ivorian forward Mathieu Manset is currently in pre-season training with Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua, playing up front with Nicholas Anelka. The loan deal is set to end at the end of the English season, half way through the Chinese campaign.

Midfielder Jake Taylor is continuing to appear for League One side Exeter City, while defenders Sean Morrison and Michael Hector are regulars for Huddersfield and Barnet respectively.
