TEAM NEWS: Roberts starts for Reading

Reading manager Brian McDermott has made one change to the line-up that beat Blackpool last week, with Jason Roberts making an early return from his hamstring injury to take the place of Benik Afobe, who duly drops to the bench.

Hammers boss Sam Allardyce has also made one change to the line-up that defeated Peterborough on Tuesday night, with Julian Faubert coming in for the injured Joey O'Brien.

Here are the full line ups:

West Ham: Green, Faubert, Tomkins, Faye, McCartney, O`Neil, Noble, Nolan, Taylor, Vaz Te, Cole

Subs: Collins, Lansbury, Baldock, Maynard, Carew

Reading: Federici, Cummings, Pearce, Gorkss, Harte, Kebe, Karacan, Leigertwood, McAnuff, Hunt, Roberts

Subs: McCarthy, Tabb, Robson-Kanu, Afobe, Church
