Loan watch - Antonio continues to impress

An update on all the Reading players away on loan at their respective football league clubs....

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Winger Michail Antonio continues to make a great impact on loan at promotion-chasing Sheffield Wednesday. The former Tooting and Mitcham player was nominated for League One player of the month, after scoring three goals for the Owls and supplying many

Young winger Jordan Obita has returned to the Royals after a very successful loan spell at League Two outfit Gillingham. The 19-year old scored three goals in five games with the Gills but Reading wanted the youngster back to train with the first team.

Welsh U21 midfielder Jake Taylor has been a regular for Paul Tisdale`s side in their fight to survive relegation. Taylor scored in their 3-0 win over Leyton Orient but despite this, relegation still seems a sad but likely fate for the South-coast side.

Defender Michael Hector has been a regular in the Barnet team as they attempt to fight off relegation, while youth captain Angus McDonald is currently on loan with Torquay. He has made one appearance for the Seagulls but continues to gain valuable experience in and around the squad.
