Reading announce pre-season friendlies

Reading have announced two pre-season friendlies, against Crystal Palace and AFC Wimbledon.

The game with League Two outfit AFC Wimbledon will take place on Saturday 14th July at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, kicking off at 3.00pm. It will be the Royals' first pre-season game before jetting off to a pre-season tour of Portugal four days later on the 18th July.

Our final pre-season game against Palace, before the Premier League campaign starting on the 18th August, will be held at the Madejski Stadium a week before on the Saturday 11th August, kicking off at 3.00 pm. Reading played Palace in their final home game of the current season, with the match finishing 2-2.
