Church linked with Championship move

Reading striker Simon Church has been linked with a loan move back to the Championship, according to Sky Sports

The three clubs interested in the Welsh international are three of the favourites to win promotion in Bolton, Leicester and Brighton. Church has struggled to earn a regular starting place in Brian McDermott's line up and with Reading keen to add another striker to their squad, a loan move away seems in the reckoning.

The 23-year old has shown good potential in a Royals shirt but is yet to show what he can do with a regular starting place in the side. Church has made 31 appearances in the league this season, scoring seven goals, the most notable of them being an exquisite chip against Leeds United in December.
