Royals offer deal to Italian legend?
Reading have offered a deal for legendary Italian striker Filippo Inzaghi, according to
talkSPORT.
The former AC Milan striker is currently a free agent and at the grand age of 38, is looking for a new club, with England a possible destination. Championship side Watford are also reportedly interested, despite Gianfranco Zola dismissing these rumours to the press.
Rumours have stated that Reading will offer a deal worth just under £1 million, paying Inzaghi £20,000-a-week on a one-year contract. The former Italian international is also the second all-time most prolific goal scorer in European club competitions with 70 goals.
