Under 21s draw with Norwich

Reading's under 21 side fought out a tough 0-0 draw with Norwich at Hogwood on Monday afternoon.

The Royals side contained a number of notable names in Lawson D'Ath, Ireland U19 international Pierce Sweeney, former Welsh U21 international Jake Taylor and England U19 international Dominic Samuel. Chris Cummins was leading the side, alongside youth coach Eamonn Dolan.

It was a tight game, with both sides showing plenty of attacking intent. Goalkeeper Jonathan Henly was the outstanding performer at Hogwood, making some fine stops to deny the Canaries. You can read the full match report on the Official Reading FC website here.
