FA Cup draw: Royals could face Boro or Blues

Reading could be facing either Chelsea or Middlesbrough in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.

Obviously Brian McDermott's side still need to bypass Manchester United in the fifth round tie at Old Trafford tomorrow. If the Royals did achieve the unlikely it would be the third time in four years that they have reached the quarter finals of the FA Cup under McDermott.

Albeit unlikely that we will win tomorrow, its still not a perfect draw. I would expect Chelsea to beat Middlesbrough, so that would leave us a home tie against the European Champions, which again, you wouldn't expect us to win. The following quarter cup ties are as follows:

Manchester City vs. Barnsley
Millwall vs. Blackburn
Oldham / Everton vs. Wigan
