Stadium expansion plans underway

Now that Reading have started to bed into the Premiership the club have announced plans to increase the Madejski Stadium's capacity from 24,045 to 38,000 seater giving the Royals scope to build even further on what has been achieved in the last few years.
The plans for the stadium expansion are believed to be going ahead irrespective of league status. The West stand is currently not included in the plans for rebuilding as is the car park which seems a little strange but we shall watch developments and keep you updated.
