Royston Brazil bound?

Royston Drenthe could well be in the process of finalising a move away from Reading and heading to Brazil.

Going by the former Real Madrid player's Instagram, he is off to Brazil with his agent and I doubt that's just because of the World Cup! He revealed a few days ago that he has been told to leave the club this summer and said that discussions had began with another club.

Also going by his comments a few days ago, when he leaves, it can give the green light for Adkins to bring in players. The 27-year old only has one year left on his current deal at Reading, but his wages are a stumbling block in bringing in new players.

I was prepared to give Royston another chance, but if there is no way back, then the sooner he leaves the better. It will be interesting to see whether it is true that we can bring in players when he leaves, especially with the takeover yet to be completed.
