Team news - Hull vs Reading

It's another long away trip for the Royals, as we prepare to face fellow relegation-threatened side Hull City and a familiar face in former boss Nigel Adkins.

Hull will be without key striker Abel Hernandez who is still injured and no closer to a return. Fellow forward Will Keane stepped up his recovery from injury, but won't be considered for selection just yet. This means Nouha Dicko is likely to start ahead of Fraizer Campbell.

Left-back and former Swansea man Stephen Kingsley is still sidelined with injury, while Ryan Mason continues his recovery from his fractured skull suffered last year. Ondrej Mazuch is also missing for the hosts, as Nigel Adkins could name a similar side that beat Blackburn in the cup.

Jaap Stam confirmed in the week that key defender Liam Moore is back in training and should be available for selection tomorrow, while striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson should also return after picking up a knock against Bristol City. Striker Joseph Mendes is still two weeks away from returning to training.

Winger Callum Harriott suffered another set back in his long-awaited return from injury, but should be back kicking a ball by the end of the match. Jordan Obita is unlikely to play again this season. Both Tiago Ilori and Omar Richards will be pushing for starts after making a good impression against Stevenage.
