Hunt And Cech Meet Again

Stephen Hunt faces Petr Cech on Wednesday night when the Royals take on Chelsea, but the Reading man will not be offering the keeper anymore than a handshake.

Cech makes his first return to the Madejski Stadium since he clashed with Hunt and ended up coming out of the accident with a fractured skull.

Hunt and Cech have not spoken since the incident and Hunt won`t be going out of his way to offer an apology when they line up.

Hunt belives that the incident is now long behind him and he has moved on, so he will be looking for Reading to build on the point they gained at Old Trafford at the weekend.

Hunt told the Sun'I have not spoken to him and I won't,'

'That is not meant to be rude, it is forgotten now and we move on. I approach every game as normal.

'We will line up and shake hands, but that is it. I just look forward to the game.

'It was hard to deal with at the time and the manager left me out for a few games.

'But I came back and played well for the rest of the term.'

Hunty should rip that thing off his head and swipe him with it

How can you defend someone who went in on a keeper with his knee.... he knew what he was doing .. rough the keeper up at the start of a game. he may not have meant to hurt him but he knew he was trying to shake the keeper up. The least he could of done is apologised...but no the little **** wasn't man enough to do even that....

Accident...... come of it..he was trying to rough up the keeper.... but instead he seriously hurt him... You dont go for the ball with your knee..especially when the keeper has it inhis hands.....

Northern Royal - you my friend have no moral upbringing!

Accident or not, Hunt´s a fecktard eitherway. I claim that if a person has so little control on his arms and legs like hunt apparently does, he shouldn´t be allowed to leave his house, let alone play footy. useless irresponsible fecker, and hopefully he suffers an equally devestating injury like the one he cuased Cech.

Hunt never said the words in this vital article. It was stuff made up in the Sun. Made up like it always is in that rag. Look on the official reading site where Coppell says: "As I've said many, many times, we regret the incident bitterly; Stephen regrets the incident bitterly". So for the retard at the top, you're on your own. No-one at your club supports your shameful remarks.

Nice to see your fans give Cech such a nice reception yesterday.

I honestly don't think that Hunt meant to cause Cech any injury, I just wish people could let this go and move on.
