'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Lita is Good to Go

After injuring himself in a freak bedroom injury, which has been butt of many a joke, but not something Leroy Lita or Steve Coppell, or many Reading fans in the long run have found too amusing, Lita is on course to step up his recovery tonight.

Lita came on for the closing minutes of the weekend defeat to Bolton and is set to start tonight's Carling Cup tie with Swansea, where he hopes to get his and Reading's season going again, even though the start Reading have made to the season has hardly been bad.

He told readingfc.co.uk, "I look to start every game, it's going to be another tough one for us and a good place to get things going again.

'Now I've got to get back into training and make the starting line-up.'

Lita is another Reading player that is said to be catching the attention of others, but at present he seems happy enough just to be back and wants to be scoring again, and tonight he will have a great chance.
