Shorey Called up for England

Shorey Called up for England

Nicky Shorey has been called up by England again, so he will be hoping to play his part in the upcoming matches, although Ashley Cole is now back so he probably will not get a start.

This once again shows Shorey that to keep his England ambitions alive he does not need to leave Reading, as he will be picked anyway if he is playing well enough.

It also again shows that only his ambition should make him move, with a move to teams the likes of West Ham not enough of a step forward really to justify this.

He might not start but at least he is in there again. This must show him that he does not to leave Reading for anyone else for this. A top four club, or Uefa Cup likely club yes, anyone esle no.
