Reserves: Reading Held by Derby

The Reading reserves had to be content with a 1-1 draw with Derby at Pride Park on Monday night, but the best news was a full 90 minutes for Ibrahima Sonko.

The reserves looked to be continuing the impressive start the season with another win after Simon Church tapped home in the first half, but a late Paris Simmons goal for Derby spoiled the party.

Without doubt the highlight of the evening was Ibrahima Sonko's fine performance as he came through the entire 90 minutes as Steve Coppell watched on.

90 minutes with Steve Coppell watching? Could he be in line for a squad place this weekend?

He is but he almost certainly won't play, so don't get your hopes up.
