Hemdani Dismisses Reading Link

Hemdani Dismisses Reading Link

Reading are in the market for new players in January, Steve Coppell openly admits this, but one of them will not be Brahim Hemdani, according to the player himself.

Hemdani has been reported as holding talks with the club with the view to a January move to English from his current club Glasgow Rangers, but he has denied any such thing, "Who? Reading? No, there is no change with my situation," Hemdani told the Daily Record.

"I have no problems at all and I'm not looking to go back to France or anywhere else.

"I am happy with the club and I am happy to play here.

"That's why it's strange there are noises about Reading. I don't know where this has come from. It has not come from me or my agents."

Hemdani had asked for a move in August, and hasn't featured much for Glasgow Rangers this season, however a groin injury has also restricted his chances recently.

Just because he says it won't happen it doesn't make it true, but I would rather look at other options anyway though.
