Youth Team Posts: 23 | Hello there mate!
You won't find anything near the festival itself but in terms of a sports cafe around our city centre, we used to have a place called Cafe Du Sport by St Marys church, but I think that's been shut down. Not too sure where else in terms of cafe's rather than pubs (which I can't blame you for) but if you give me a few days, I'll get back to you!
Good luck to yourselves too! |

The first one that springs to my mind is Hope Tap, which is a Weatherspoon's in Friar Sreet right by Reading station. There is also a pub called Three Guineas right outside Reading station which will show it, but can be a bit on the rough side. If you want a place right by the festival itself there is a Riley's bar in Cremyll Road, but you do have to pay £10 for membership to get in.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, give me a shout! |
