After five consecutive draws, the Royals travel to Derby in the search of a vital three points.
The game looks set to go ahead despite the big freeze sweeping the nation.
A full match preview is here...
Andy Griffin on his return to Pride Park -
'I`ve played Derby a couple of times, but never actually gone back to Pride Park. I don`t think I`ll get cheered and I don`t think I`ll get booed. I was only there for a short stint so I didn`t have much of an impact.'
Jem Karacan on the trip to Derby -
'The main thing is the team and we are not winning at the moment. I am playing my role in that and so I need to do better and so does everyone else.'
Robbie Savage is expected to shake off an ankle knock to take his place in Nigel Clough's team and will skipper the side.
James Bailey have recovered from illness however Tomasz Cywka will be rested.
The veteran midfielder is set to lead the side once again and will be hoping he doesn't have to take over in goal after the last game against the Royals!
The Royals have been boosted by the return of Ivar Ingimarsson who played for the reserves this week but this game could come too soon for him.
Brian McDermott could opt to make a few changes after 5 succesive draws with the likes of Brian Howard and Simon Church hoping for a recall.
Has been backed once again by his manager and teams mates but there comes a time when he must start scoring goals - will it be Saturday afternoon?
Wednesday 10th March 2010, Reading 4-1 Derby
I can't see us getting anything from a tough pre christmas trip to the East Midlands and am backing Derby to get all three points.
