After a two-week international break, Reading return to action as they take on Eddie Howe's rising Burnley side as 14th and 15th square up at Turf Moor.
Reading manager Brian McDermott - 'It seems like a long time since the last game, we're just glad the two weeks are over and we can get on and play football! [On their 4-0 win at Turf Moor last season] We got that performance early in the season, we made a subtle change to the way we played, we got a convincing win.'
Burnley boss Eddie Howe - 'We are on a good run. Let's hope we come out firing and there are no ill effects from that break and we are not sluggish in any way. I don't see why we should be. The lads have trained well and we are looking forward to the game.'
The Clarets are going to give a late fitness test to defender David Edgar who only returned from international duty on Friday. Goalkeeper Brian Jensen still has a groin injury while Danny Ings is also out injured. Michail Duff and Martin Paterson have both returned to training but are not fit enough to feature.
The England U21 striker has been on hot form in recent games, scoring 3 goals in the past two games.
The Royals do not have many injury worries except Jimmy Kebe who is also set to be out after not being able to recover from his knee injury in time. Jordan Obita has also recovered from a recent injury but probably won't feature.
The right back has firmly established himself as number one in that spot with some good defensive performances of late, with the team not losing with him in the side.
