Vital Quotes:

Reading manager Brian McDermott - 'We're four or five points off second so there's nothing in it as far as I'm concerned. We're moving ahead, I'm excited about the players and what they're trying to do for us. They have real energy and intensity about them and I haven't seen a team work as hard as that in the Championship this season.'

Royals captain Jobi McAnuff on returning to his former club - 'I had a couple of good years there and I enjoyed my time, and it's always nice to go back - I'm sure they'll give me an interesting reception!'

Reading Team News:

Midfielder Jay Tabb has fully recovered from his injury picked up two weeks ago against Burnley but is only expected to have a place on the bench. Brynjar Gunnarsson has picked up a slight knock so is not expected to feature.

Player to watch: Mikele Leigertwood

Match Prediction:

Always is a goal fest when these two sides meet, so I'm going for a 2-2 draw
