Two in-form teams encounter at the Madejski as Reading take on an Ipswich side who are on a revival of late, winning two of their last three and scoring 7 goals. The Royals are in superb form themselves, winning 5 of the last 6 games.
Reading manager Brian McDermott - ''They're on a good run, it's big club with a good following and an experienced manager. They spent money in the summer, they'll be fine this season. They had a difficult run and I feel for any manager in that situation.'
Ipswich midfielder Lee Bowyer - 'We've picked up recently and I think we are starting to dig out results and move in the right direction. It is really tight and we're only a couple of wins from being back in the Play-Off picture.
Hal Robson-Kanu should be fit to face Ipswich, having picked up a knock last week. Striker Mathieu Manset is still out with an injury, while Joseph Mills still has an ankle problem.
The captain put in a fine performance against Brighton and will want to continue in the same manner.
Ipswich will be without talisman Keith Andrews who picked up a hamstring problem against Leicester. Striker Jason Scotland should recover from a knock in time.
The former Fulham midfielder has not had the best of times at Ipswich town, remaining on the bench for most of it but with Keith Andrews injury, this could his chance to shine.
Both teams are on good form but I feel that Ipswich could really miss Keith Andrews. 2-0 win.
