Its a promotion contenders clash at the Madejski Stadium, as Reading return home on the back of a 2-1 win at Watford, while Hull also won against Peterborough. Both sides are on equal points this season, with the Royals edging fifth place on goal difference.

Reading Team News:

The Royals having piling injury problems, with duo Jobi McAnuff and Mikele Leigertwood out injured, while Jimmy Kebe is a big doubt with a persisting knee problem. Defender Andy Griffin will again be out, as will striker Mathieu Manset who has a hamstring problem.

Player to watch: Adam Le Fondre

The prolific forward found the net for the first time in 14 games against Watford and will now be keen to add even more goals to this seasons tally.

Hull Team News:

New manager Nicky Barmby doesn't have any new injury problems, despite Robert Koren who has a dead leg but is almost certain to play.

The former West Brom midfielder has been a hit at the KC Stadium, scoring an impressive 16 goals in his Tigers career so far, with eight of them coming this season.
