The Championship 2011/12 - Bristol City

Club - Bristol City

Founded - 1886

Nickname - The Robins

Ground - Ashton Gate (Capacity: 21,497)

Manager - Keith Millen

When we face each other? - Tues 27th September (A) Tues 31st January (H)

Last Season Finish 15th - Championship

Season Preview - In the past few years it has been a very topsy turvy time for Bristol City. After just missing out on the play-off's in the 05/06 season. The next season they were eventually promoted to the Championship, where they almost secured consecutive promotions, only to be beaten in the play-off final by Hull City.

Following seasons they did not progress and Johnson left his post and was taken over by Royals legend Steve Coppell, only to last 3 games before caretaker manager Steve Millen took over.

Despite Bristol having some good players, I don't believe they have enough outstanding players to mount a serious promotion challenge and keeping hold of key striker Nicky Maynard will be crucial to their progress this season.

My Prediction - 15th
