The Championship 2011/12 - Middlesbrough

Club - Middlesbrough

Founded - 1876

Nickname - The Boro

Ground - Riverside Stadium (Capacity: 33,988)

Manager - Tony Mowbray

When we face each other? - Sat 1st October (H) Sat 25th February (A)

Last Season Finish - 12th - Championship

Season Preview - Middlesbrough have spent the majority of the last century in the Premier League, which also saw them win the League Cup under Steve McClaren in 2004.

They did however suffer relegation in 2009 under Gareth Southgate and failed to make an impact under Gordon Strachan the following season, which led to his dismissal and the introduction of Tony Mowbray.

Boro have one of the best attacks in the division with the likes of Emnes and McDonald but do struggle on the defensive side which could prove their downfall this season.

My Prediction - 10th
