Premier League 2012/13 - Stoke

Club: Stoke City

Founded: 1863

Nickname: The Potters

Ground: Britannia Stadium (Capacity: 27,740)

When we face off: Sat 18th August (H), Sat 9th February (A)

Last season finish: 14th - Premier League

Manager: Tony Pulis - The Welshman has worked his magic to make Stoke a regular side in the Premier League since promotion in 2008, with his reliable, direct style of play that has never put them in danger of relegation.

Key player: Peter Crouch - The England international has been a big hit down at the Britannia since his move last year and has suited Stoke's direct style of play like a duck to water. I'm sure with good wing play from the likes of Kightly and Etherington, he will score a few more this season.

Season Preview: Stoke really have been the example for all the promoted sides over the past three years, establishing themselves well in the division. I can't see the Potters pushing for the European places, but I can't really see them getting in any relegation trouble. Mid table finish.
