Reading tracking Ivory coast forward

Reading are tracking Hannover striker Didier Ya Konan, according to Sky Sports.

The 28-year old has openly admitted he wants to play in the Premier League at some point in his career and Didier may well get his wish this January, with fellow Premier League sides Sunderland and Southampton also tracking the Ivory Coast international.

The former Rosenborg striker has never been prolific throughout his career, scoring just 56 goals in 182 games for club and country. That then poses the question, what sort of striker do Reading need? Or do they need one? Are the likes of Hunt and Le Fondre capable of playing in the Premier League?

no they're not. just ALF. we need someone to hold up and feed wingers but then will get in the box to win headers. we hardly score from crosses and we get in the right areas every game.
