Royals eyeing Spurs midfielder?

Reading have been linked with a possible move for Tottenham midfielder Tom Huddlestone.

Some sources on Twitter have claimed that the Royals have already had an offer accepted for the 25-year old and would officially join up with Brian McDermott's in January. However, the credibility of these sources is not known and quite possibly a load of rubbish!

I have to admit, I would love to see Huddlestone in a Reading shirt. You can argue he is the complete centre midfielder, that Brian may look for to cement our poor central midfield. Strong, good tackling, can pick a pass and certainly hit them on his day. Would be a great addition!

The England international hasn't been a regular starter under Andre Villas-Boas and with Scott Parker returning to fitness and the likes of Sandro, Dembele and Jake Livermore already ahead of him the in the pecking order, a loan move could tempt Huddlestone away from White Hart Lane in January.
